1. Purpose & Zero-Tolerance Commitment
jungo.live(the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our") maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sexual exploitation, modern slavery, forced prostitution, coercion, abuse, or any related illegal or non-consensual conduct.
We are firmly committed to:
- preventing the use of our Platform for exploitative purposes,
- identifying and removing prohibited activity,
- cooperating with competent authorities when legally required,
- protecting users, particularly vulnerable individuals.
This Policy applies globally, across all jurisdictions, to all users, content, and interactions within the jungo.live.
2. Legal Framework & International Alignment
This Policy is designed to align with, and be interpreted consistently with, the following international and national frameworks, without limitation:
- United Nations Palermo Protocol on Trafficking in Persons
- U.S. Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA)
- EU Anti-Trafficking Directive (2011/36/EU)
- UK Modern Slavery Act 2015
- Applicable U.S. federal and state laws
- EU Digital Services Act (DSA) principles
- Section 230 of the U.S. Communications Decency Act (where applicable)
Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as creating an obligation beyond what is required by applicable law.
3. Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy:
3.1 Human Trafficking
The recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring, or receipt of persons through force, fraud, coercion, abuse of power, or exploitation of vulnerability for the purpose of exploitation.
3.2 Sexual Exploitation
Any real-world sexual activity obtained through coercion, manipulation, threats, control, or abuse, including financial or psychological pressure.
3.3 Modern Slavery
Includes slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labor, and human trafficking as defined by applicable law.
3.4 Coercion
Any form of pressure—physical, psychological, emotional, financial, or social—that compromises an individual's free and informed consent.
4. Strictly Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:
- Human trafficking or facilitation thereof
- Forced or coerced prostitution or escorting
- Managing, controlling, or operating accounts on behalf of another person
- Agency-run, pimp-controlled, or third-party-controlled profiles
- Recruitment or advertising of individuals for exploitative sexual activity
- Financial exploitation tied to real-world sexual coercion
- Any involvement of minors (ABSOLUTE ZERO TOLERANCE)
- Content that reasonably suggests real-world abuse, control, or lack of consent
Consensual adult role-play, fantasy, or BDSM expressions are permitted only where clearly fictional, voluntary, and lawful.
5. Age, Consent & Identity
- Access to the Platform is strictly limited to individuals 18 years of age or older, or the higher legal age required by local law.
- We reserve the right to request:
- proof of age,
- proof of identity,
- additional verification where risk indicators are present.
- Any indication of underage involvement results in immediate account termination and mandatory reporting where legally required.
6. User Representations & Responsibilities
By using the Platform, users represent and warrant that they:
- participate voluntarily and autonomously,
- control their own account and communications,
- are not subject to third-party control or exploitation,
- do not exploit or attempt to exploit others.
Violation of these representations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination, without notice.
7. Monitoring & Risk Detection
To combat exploitation, the Platform may employ:
- automated detection systems,
- behavioral and pattern analysis,
- manual moderation and review,
- user reporting mechanisms.
While no system is infallible, we act promptly and proportionately upon receiving credible information or signals of abuse.
8. Reporting & Whistleblowing
Users may report suspected trafficking, exploitation, or coercion via:
- in-platform reporting tools,
- dedicated email: abuse@swingersplay.com,
- anonymous reporting where legally permissible.
All reports are handled confidentially and reviewed in good faith.
9. Enforcement Actions
Where violations are suspected or confirmed, we may:
- suspend or terminate accounts,
- remove content,
- restrict functionality,
- preserve evidence,
- cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.
The Platform retains sole discretion in enforcement decisions.
10. Support for Potential Victims
Where appropriate and lawful, we may:
- provide information on external support resources,
- encourage contact with local authorities or NGOs,
- take measures to prevent further harm.
The Platform does not provide legal, medical, or rescue services and is not a substitute for emergency assistance.
11. No Platform Liability
jungo.live:
- does not arrange, facilitate, or participate in offline meetings,
- does not control user behavior,
- is not responsible for user-generated content beyond legal obligations.
Users remain solely responsible for their actions, interactions, and compliance with local laws.
12. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the current version.
