- communications and metadata
- IP addresses and device identifiers
- payment-related metadata

3. No User Notice
Users acknowledge and agree that:

- secrecy or gag orders may apply

- consequences of investigations
- arrests, prosecutions, or legal actions against users
5. Data Preservation
The Company may preserve user data for as long as it determines necessary to:
- comply with legal requests
- support investigations
- protect Company interests
