COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

These Community Guidelines apply to all platforms operated by SC The Boiling Room SRL ("Company", "we", "us").

They define user responsibilities and acceptable conduct. They do not create obligations for the Company.

1. User Responsibility (Fundamental Rule)

All users are solely and fully responsible for:

  • any content they upload, post, transmit, or share
  • any communications they send through the Services
  • any interactions with other users
  • any offline meetings, encounters, or relationships resulting from use of the Services

The Company does not guarantee the safety, legality, authenticity, accuracy, or good faith of any user or any user-generated content.

2. Prohibited Content & Conduct

Users must not upload, post, share, transmit, or engage in content or conduct that includes, but is not limited to:

  • Any content involving minors or appearing to involve minors
  • Non-consensual content, including images, videos, or communications
  • Harassment, threats, intimidation, coercion, blackmail, or extortion
  • Fraud, impersonation, scams, or deceptive practices
  • Hate speech or unlawful discrimination
  • Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Promotion or facilitation of illegal activity under any applicable law

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their content and conduct comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. No Verification / No Endorsement

The Company:

  • does not verify user identities, ages (beyond user declarations), intentions, backgrounds, or credentials
  • does not endorse any user, profile, statement, or content
  • does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of any information provided by users

Use of the Services is at the user's own risk.

4. User Reporting Expectation

Users are expected to report:

  • illegal or unlawful content
  • abusive, threatening, or dangerous behavior
  • suspected violations of these Guidelines, the Terms & Conditions, or applicable law

Failure to report may expose users to personal legal or regulatory consequences.

The Company has no obligation to investigate, respond, or take action unless required by law.

5. Enforcement Discretion

The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to:

  • remove, restrict, edit, or delete any content
  • suspend, limit, or terminate user accounts
  • take no action at all

Any action or inaction is at the Company's sole discretion, and no notice is required.

6. No Rights Created

These Community Guidelines:

  • do not create contractual or legal rights for users
  • do not guarantee enforcement or consistency
  • do not impose any duty to monitor, investigate, or intervene

The Company's failure to enforce these Guidelines in any instance does not constitute a waiver.

7. Modifications

The Company may update these Community Guidelines at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
